Towell Corp for the County of Kauai’s proposed Nawiliwili – Lihue Civic Center – Ahukin Bike Pedestrian Path Project located in Nawiliwili, Kalapaki and Hanamulu Ahupuaa, Lihue District, Kauai Island, Multiple TMKs.
2. Letter (4/7/08) from Allan Rietow, Kauai Program Field Representative, The Nature Conservancy requesting comments on the draft Environmental Assessment for the Proposed East Alakai Protective Fence Project, Kauai, Hawaii.
3. D. NEW BUSINESS
1. Status of the Proposed replacement of Opaekaa and Puuopae bridges.
2. Use Permit U-2008-16, Project Development Use Permit P.D U-2008-17 and Class IV Zoning Permit Z-IV-2008-18 to allow a master planned development in two phases involving demolition/removal of existing residential and commercial warehouse buildings in order to accommodate construction of new retail, office and warehouse space in one and two-story buildings for a combined total area of approx. 14,680 sq. ft., plus additional retail floor expansion of approx. 2,100 sq. ft. to Sueoka Store, on properties situated in Koloa Town along Koloa Road at and to the rear of Sueoka Store that will require consolidation and resubdivision action, further identified as Tax Map Keys 2-8-08:20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, and 35.
