501c(3) non profit, cannot endorse candidates. Can spend 10% of budget on lobbying.
501c(4) non profit, can endorse candidates and lobby-donations are not tax deductible
Grass Roots-we can do anything and spend anything we want-donations are not tax deductible
Project of Malama Kaua'i (same as 501c(3)
