PLEASE SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR THE PRESERVATION OF MAHA'ULEPU. Aloha! Here's an easy way to show your support for the preservation of Maha'uelpu. No need to write testimony or attend a Planning Commission meeting. All we're asking is that you just show up next Saturday morning in Koloa and march with us in the Koloa Plantation Days Parade. Before you say to yourself that marching in a parade isn't "your thing", I must confess that was my reaction the first time I was asked. I ended up having a ton of fun. Really, it's a blast. The best part is that you're sending a message to everyone that Maha'ulepu is a special place and that you are one of the many people who want to see it remain a wild and undeveloped place. We're hoping to get 100 people in the Malama Maha'ulepu parade contingency and we hope you will help us reach our goal. We'll gather in front of the Koloa Library at 9 AM. The parade begins at 10 AM and is over by 11 AM, when participants reach the Koloa Park. Short and fun! If you happen to have a Malama Maha`ulepu T shirt this would be a great time to wear it. (We will also be selling Ts at our booth in front of the tennis courts.) Actually we don't care what you wear. We just want you to come! We need you to help reach our goal of having 100 walkers. So will you? Oh, please, please? We would be honored to have you, your family, friends, children and pets with us! Start: 2:00 pm
End: 4:00 pm
