June 7, 2008 Congress on Your Corner is an event I hold at various locations in our district so you can come and talk with me about any concerns, questions, or ideas you may have. My staff will also be available to help those who need assistance for Social Security, veterans' benefits, immigration aa well as other services. I hold these events at a number of venues throughout the 2nd Congressional District, and they have proven to be quite popular. The next Congress on Your Corner will be in Hanalei, on Saturday, June 14th, on the island of Kauai. Kauai Hanalei School (Cafeteria), I am fighting for the kind of forward-thinking change we need - with innovative solutions to our national energy crisis, a commitment to bringing our troops home from the Middle East, as well as investing in early childhood education for Hawaii. (For more information on our accomplishments, click here). If you have a moment, please stop by. Learning about the issues you care about most helps me best serve you and Hawaii. If there's anything I or my office can do to help you, don't hesitate to call, using one of the island numbers listed below. Big Island - 935-3756 | ||
