In the spirit of Slow Food and Alice Waters' book, 'The Art of Simple Food', our Slow Food Kauai convivium (blogspot address below) is launching a series of informal, convivial workshops. These workshops will teach traditional food and gardening skills that were once passed from generation to generation. The workshops will take place roughly every six weeks, with the first one right around the corner.
